Andrew and Lucy Hollinshead run a small herd of Shorthorn crosses near Crewe Cheshire.

All of our cows go out to grass in the summer and we make our own silage (Conserved grass) to feed in the winter.

We don't use any artificial fertilizers and have done extensive work to ensure our cows receive the best nutrients to ensure good health. Which in turn, we believe ensures that you are drinking a high quality, nutritious product.
